Workshop Series

The Rainbow Days Training Division is offering The CBSG Program Facilitator Training and a variety of workshops via the Zoom platform. These virtual continuing education workshops give professionals the opportunity to enhance their career and professional skills and receive required CEUs. Through innovative and practical learning experiences individuals, organizations, schools and communities are better equipped to create positive change in their sphere of influence.

WORKSHOPS

From understanding the importance of having a growth mindset to identifying ways to better attend to the social and emotional needs of those we serve, as well as ourselves, Rainbow Days Training Division offers a variety of virtual continuing education and professional development workshops.  Based on research and best practices, workshop offerings are designed to increase knowledge as well as enhance practical skills, techniques and ideas that can be easily implemented.

Topics include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), brain development, leadership and organizational capacity building, risk and protective factors, resiliency, presentation skills, classroom management, relationship skills, family play, self-care and understanding ourselves better to name a few. Workshops are participatory, time-specific and practical. Additionally, a sense of community or common purpose can be achieved through the workshop experience.

Rainbow Days Training Workshops are ideal for professionals in a variety of fields including Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Prevention and Treatment, Educators, Counselors, Mental Health, Law Enforcement, Juvenile Justice, Community Coalitions, Faith Laity and Clergy, and Organization/Agency Volunteers.
